Is there any trick (program or something like that) that i can see which friends, contacts, of mine are in the "appear offline mode"??

No, if you did a quick search you would have found that out.

It is against privacy to have such program. And if it existed, then there would be no point in having the appear offline mode, if anyone could see that you are not offline but online
