By any chance does anyone here know anything about signing apps for a Nokia N95 phone or signing apps in general?

I need someone with prior knowledge because iv done the research and i know how to but everything iv found leads to the same site which seems to be down, so i need a totally offline method that actually works.

This one seems to be ok

I would be more help, but I can't actually remember how to do it off the top of my head.

no you see i cant do this because it goes strait back to symbian signed which is the site that is down

Symbian signed that is..

yes the site seems fine you can register, but what i actually require from the site doesnt work if you dont believe me follow the guide GiantSpider gave me and wait until you get up to the Certificate part if you dont believe me try it your self like i said iv seen many like this guide and have done the research anything to do with that site wont work

- Developer Certificates will be ENABLED for users who have a Publisher ID ONLY. (during GMT office hours)

Well if Symbian signed is down, you can't do it anyway.
