i was talking to my friend and i hit a key on accident and this is around my msn chats now. How do i get it to go away?

Click the menu icon from the upper toolbar and untick the Show Menu bar option .

im kinda slow whers that menu at o.o

You can hide it again by unticking "Show the menu bar" in the menu above the display picture area.

For future reference, the key combo you pressed by accident is Ctrl+M
