O.P. utorrent
I recently downloaded a discography of bob marley and a movie. They are both done downloading but I dont know what to do with them next, I want to get them on my iPod but not sure how?

The discography is a .rar but not sure what the movie is.

u need to unzip it with "winrar, winace, 7zip" once u unzip it its proly goin to be pretty big so then u will need something like "magic video converter" or something that will do it in to mp4 format and knock it right down so it will go on the ipod without killin so many gigs off it

Or just work on the iPod in general as it only supports certain file formats - video downloads are likely to be in DivX / XviD.

Basically for music all you do is open the folder you save it to, drag it into iTunes, then select the music in iTunes and drag it to your iPod as you normally would. (You don't have to do this last part if your iPod auto-synchronises)
