What I would do is uninstall ANY version of messenger you have that includes 8.5 and 9.X then delete the folders from your system, reboot and re-install

O.P. Recieving odd error for WLM 9.0 Beta
when I try to sign in  it gives me this errorL

"Signing in to WIndows LIve Messenger BETA failed becasue the service is temporrarily unavailable. Please try again later.

Error code: 80048103

Has anybody else got this error?
