my mate has changed some of the letters in my font from a,e,k,m,n,r and t to α,ε,к,м,и,я,т  and it is really doing my head in but i cant seem to change it back to normal !
can anyone help?

I can't see how your friend can remotely change your font, the only way I could see him doing this is if he sent you a font that has over-written your current font.

If I were you I'd just try changing fonts or check out your regional settings to see if there are some issues there. Go to Control Panel > Region and Language Options > Advanced, and check that these settings are on the right country.

Maybe he means his friend was actually using his account/pc rather than remotely? Could have installed a script that changes his font or something.

Go to Script Preferences (Plus! > Preferences > Scripts tab on left side) to see if there are any scripts installed which could be causing it.

well he didnt say it was done remotely....
