ive gone through the installation process etc
and its installed successfully
but when i open windows live there is not "plus" in the toolbar at the top
& it just hasnt loaded

i dont have either of them

i had plus a few weeks ago. then it asked for me to update it.. so i did. & then when it installed the "new" one. it wouldnt work!

If you look in Add/Remove Programs, is Messenger Plus listed?

Try uninstalling it, restarting your computer and re-installing it and see if that helps.

Also check your Add/Remove Programes list for SweetIM and Smiley Central incase they have been installed without your knowledge

it wont work for me at all either -.- it hates me i think , i download messenger plus live and when i opened windows live messenger nothing for MPL was in the bar and it makes me mad i been trying to fix it for 3 days now

argh! how annoying.
im no good with computers either so ive given up on it!
