When I am logging in to messenger I am always getting a message saying that I am logging from another location.
What should I do to terminate this?
Is it possible to know who is hacking into my account? does msn keep records of activity logs?

even if you could, you wouldn't be able to get enough information to find out whether you know the person or not.

IP address could possibly track them to an ISP. Then youneed to ask them who it was assigned to etc. (very unlikely to happen seeing as it's not a criminal case and you aren't the police ) lol
