I dont know what Ipab was getting at, but do you know anybody that would let you use their mac?

There are many ways to jailbreak 2.0, i find the easiest to be winPwn. Check out the forums at http://ipodtouchfans.com for detailed instrusctions on how to do it.

again unfortunately i've never seen a mac machine only on the tele, never use one...

Why is everyone talking about macs? You can jailbreak an iphone just as easy on a windows machine

since jailbreaking is illigal, isn't this thread agenst the rules?

Apparently someone told me its not illegal since you payed for the device, its yours to do what you want. You obviously go againts apples terms, and violate your warranty, but if you just restore, all signs of the jailbreak go
