Hey I'm new lol

I recently got messenger plus but when ever I try to downloads skins and put them on my messenger it says that my messenger is not compatible, I know I have the right one so what's happening?

Are the skins you're downloading definitely compatible with 8.5?

Which skins have you tried downloading?

I tried downloading the super mario, it said it wasnt compatable and to dowload the new version so i did and it still says it's not compatable

Do you definitely have Windows Live Messenger version 8.5 too?

I've installed all the ones it's told me to install, so whether one hasnt installed properly or something... I don't know lol

If in doubt go here and download the latest version, then retry downloading the skin

I've installed that, like I said I've been to problem pages and installed everything it's told me too am confused lol

What error message do you get when you try to install the skin?

Post a screenshot if possible as it will help us to sort out the problem quicker
