It's the full Windows Live packages... you can pick which products you want. If you don't want to download unnecessary bytes, get the web installer (which works same way as the 8.5 installer).

Ok I have a question.. It might be really stupid of me, but where do offline messages appear now? There used to be a button that appeared when necessary next to the email button, but now.. nothing?

As far as i know, its Build 14, so that all Windows Live programs are all in line with each other in terms of builds. I quite personally like how the new build works, but i would prefer to see more requested features than just UI changes all the time And i don't think Patchou would be able to release a fully functional plus program for a while because of the skinning changes that would be required, but i may be wrong?
