I try to view my chat logs but some are locked. I forgot my password for it, is there anyway to get the password back or change it?

in a word, no.

there is no way to open encrypted chat logs without the correct password. no back doors, no master reset, nothing

so how can I find them out again?

by remembering what they are. The password isn't stored anywhere within messenger plus. Either you remember what the password is, or they stay encrypted forever

well there's gotta be a way...I mean like they have to be logged in the database right? Couldn't I contact costumer support?

There is no database. And you are speaking to "customer support" already. Trust me when I say you can't open the logs.

Of course you can turn off the chat logging encryption. Go to Messenger Plus preferences > Conversations > Logs encryption
Then just uncheck the box that says "Protect my logs with a password"
