RE: E-mail Accounts option
Your University's computer services department should have that information on their website, as it is used to set up mail via outlook, etc.

If the information is not available online, send an e-mail to the helpdesk of your univeristy's computer services explaining your problem and they should be able to provide you with that information

This was the info the guy sent me  Im really a noob at this stuff  what do i do with it lol

Yes, UTORmail uses SSL.  You will need the following values when configuring your email
software with UTORmail

*** NOTE :  Please use IMAP and not POP.  The help desk does not support or recommend POP.

UTORmail information to configure e-mail software
configuration number         ***
SMTP (Outgoing Mail) Server         smtp.utoronto.ca
IMAP (Incoming Mail) Server         mailbox274.utcc.utoronto.ca
Mail Server User Name         ********

RE: E-mail Accounts option
If the helpdesk doesn't support POP3 then you cannot use Plus's e-mail accounts option.

You could add this account to outlook though so that you still get e-mail notifications and don't have to keep checking a webmail site (this is what i did with my university e-mail)
