True, but when you send the message, the hyperlink is removed and it just comes through as normal text
Well a contact most likely isn't on your own network... What would be the point in them being able to open it? I think it's just so you can open your own network links by clicking in your typing area
Actually, at Uni there were 6,000 people on the same network as me, and it was annoying that instead of just clicking the link to my shared files, people have to copy and paste it.
Also at home I have up to six computers on this network and so it could be useful for network locations to be able to be clicked rather than always having to be copied and pasted.
Could be a useful function for Plus to add actually
