O.P. Silent Messages
Is there a script that can make a minimized window flash on the taskbar on someone else's computer without sending a message to the person?
It would look like you sent them a message but when they would check the conversation, nothing new was sent.
If there is no script could someone please write it for me :)

thanks,

crimsonk.

RE: Silent Messages
It is possible but both the receiver would need to have the script for this to function correctly.

You could do /nick2 and make your name white (assuming their background is white).

not really fake, but not noticeable :p

they would notice if they then wrote something back to see what was happening.....cos there'd be a big gap between the "last" message and their new one

also, it's not really the purpose of scripts to piss people off......they're supposed to add functionality ^o)

Yeah, should have mentioned that :p
Could make your font like size 6, maybe it'd be a smaller gap (a)

Yeah but like matty said, the receiving user would need to have the script :p
