The new msgplus, would be thrown 14/10, and it was not published.

Patchou or some administrator of the forum could say the right date in that the new msgplus will be published, because me and many other people are waiting for the new version, to use the new msn.

Nobody ever confirmed that, I don't know where you got that date from. All Patchou ever said were things like "more news soon" and "working on it".

Which would mean somewhere at the end next week, but it is in no way a solid deadline, and could be delayed again.

Several things still need to be done, translation for example. Translation is done by a group of volunteers all over the world who simply can't be demanded to finish their work on strict deadlines.

Besides... "would be thrown 14/10" o.o I don't know for you but for me it's already 18/10 -sigh- is it some time traveling new feature included on plus and we didn't knew?
