I am looking for free (but also "free" if needed) software to stitch together about 3000 images into a video, and a command line interface would be ideal. Ive had a look at programs like stop motion pro but they are annoying and dont have an easy import for that many pictures. Windows Movie Maker doesnt like that many images also.

The command line would be handy so i could automate this process.

imagemagik had some potential converting to a gif, but i would quite like to add music anyway.

nero vision express, it doesn't have command line but it will add all the images in one go, i think
