Hi, i'm looking for a way to deal with contact groups in a script, but I haven't found nothing yet... How can I do?

Messenger Plus! has currently no way of working or accessing Contact Categories in Messenger (like "Work people", "Friends" etc if you organized your contacts like this).
Or are you referring to Windows Live Groups as introduced with Windows Live Messenger 2009 Beta?

Is there neither an indirect way to access to them (p.e. a dll, or something else)?

There is, but that involves hooking the server connection, something that Plus! doesn't do. You would need to use or write a hook DLL for e.g. Winsock...
