Is there any command to clear Windows Live Messenger saved ID/Password?
Or any registry key to do the same?
I have tried to delete  "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger\PerPassportSettings" and didn’t work . 
I also deleted the credentials folder "C:\Documents and Settings\Mujaqo\Application Data\Microsoft\Credentials" and didn’t work.

and how about the link "Forget Me" at messenger's login window?

I'm looking for command or registry key to be used in VB.NET!

For what purpose? There may be an easier way...

i hope this is what you are looking for... but if you go to
"control panel>user accounts> Manage your network passwords"
it will show all the ID's stored on you system and form there you can add, delete, edit, back up, restore all of them.
