Not really. Scripts
will be loaded into Messenger, and they'll start up and function just fine. They simply won't be able to let the user access their features through the script menu and/or script commands, and things like changing the text to be sent won't work. However, as mynetx correctly stated, a script such as WLMStatus will work when you configured it before on a pre-RC release: it will retrieve your current status and send it to the server. This is possible because WLMStatus doesn't need those broken features to do this: a simple XML HTTP request is sufficient.
So in fact, scripts do work on the latest RC, they simply can't provide the necessary accessibility options to let the user configure them.
By the way, why do we keep arguing about this? Patchou knows very well what works and what doesn't, simply wait for a new version to come out and eventually downgrade if you can't live without Plus!.
