O.P. Could someone make a skin for me because i have NO Clue..

Would it be possible for someone who is BORED and knows what they're doing to make a skin for me to make windows live messenger look like microsoft Office Communicator 2005.
and instead of on the top of the windows it saying WInDOWS Live Messenger could it say Microsoft Communicator 2005
