In my case probably never , job + personal projects + social life pretty much covers all my time.

Over 90% of all skin requests don't get made. If every skin that got requested got made then we would have no social life Which is why I never do any requests.

The only exception would be if another graphic designer had an awesome design and didn't have the ability to bring it to life (like with Mk and Zero-G).
