my Messenger Plus! Live not working after second reboot!

if i install Messenger Plus! Live it working then if i reboot my pc it will working after first reboot, but after second reboot then it will not working. it is linke that every time. i have try the everything on the forums. never fix the problem, also the new Messenger Plus! Live also the same problem.

Windows Live Messenger(MSN) 简体版 2009 14.0.8050.1202
with vista sp1

any one have any salution for that?

Check your Programs & Features for SweetIM or SmileyCentral as these are known to conflict with Messenger Plus! Live and cause the problem you are describing

yes, i have look theses  SweetIM or SmileyCentral the first thing. i have not got any of them. is there any other way will casue this problem like that one.

How about GDI++ or Messenger Discovery Live?

those are also known to cause problems with Messenger Plus! Live

no i have not install these as well. is it possible to do with he fire wall software? but i can not see a start up file free MPL? so any thing been reported? thanks a lot for you help!
