To get the toolbar, you can either press Alt, or to have it there permanently, activate the following option:

i'm not talking about that toolbar, i'm talking about the one with games, call, webcam. file etc. whenever i have one conversation up then a new person talks to me it disappears like seen the pic above, i can't see the call, games, etc.

AFAIK, you cant do anything about that. It has nothing to do with Plus!, but WLM itself. IIRC, once you open it for each contact, it wont close until you close it yourself, but you have to manually open it for each contact first.

Tabbed Chatting works, thank you.

But... where are the Close-Buttons for each Tab?
If I want cancel a Chat, I must click the X, but some Times ago every one Tab had a single-button for that.

How to solve it:

Close ALL of your conversations

Open one conversation

Click the little arrow to SHOW the icon bar

Close that conversation



From now on all of your conversations will show with the icon bar visible

AFAIK there has never been a 'close' button for an individual tab, the 'X' in the top corner has always been used to close a tab, rather than a 'x' on the tab itself like in IE/FF 

This has been suggested, however

i think i did it but it still doesn't work? i closed all my conversations, then opened up one conversation and i clicked that little arrow in the right hand corner right beneath the X is that correct then i closed it and it didn't work

No.

When you move your mouse into the 'scene' area at the top of the conversation window you will see the little downwards arrow showing in the CENTRE of the screen.  If you move your mouse towards it and click it the button bar will become visible.

Use the steps I listed above to ensure that all of your future conversations open with this enabled
