Are you using any other add-ons with Messenger such as Messenger Discovery or A-Patch?

These are known to have compatibility issues with Messenger Plus! Live

None..it's pure, no add-one, no A-Patch

Please try running the Maintenance/Repair wizard from the Uninstaller. That will reset your settings to their defaults and may fix the problem.

I' ve try to repair Plus!, but does not work, the issue still here.
And i found the chat log is EMPTY.

The BUG report page have some same report there, I think this is not single unit issue.
