Hi all

Using Win7, Messenger Live 2009 and Messenger Plus Live! the chat log files are being truncated when I view them. I get a large part of the log which looks like it's there because there's a vertical scroll bar but no text or images are visible.

The really odd bit is if I click on the small double arrow at top right to close the folder view I get to see a few more lines of the log but still not the whole thing. Clicking the double arrows again hides the text again hehe.

If I open the log files in IE8/Firefox I can read all of the log so it is all being recorded, just not shown in the chat log viewer.

Does anyone know if this is a Win7 bug or something with Messenger Plus Live!? Any work round apart from viewing the logs

in a browser?

i cannot reproduce the bug... my versions:

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (6.1.7000)
Windows Live Messenger 14.0.1202
Messenger Plus! Live 4.80.0.356

Hi Nanafreak.

We're using a different version of Windows Messenger but the logs are being created okay so I don't think it's that.

I have Windows Live Messenger 2009 Build 14.0.8050.1202.

Messenger Plus version is Messenger Plus Live but I can't find a version number in the program. Where can I find that?

This issue had been brought up in the Beta Testing forum but Patchou hasn't make a comment as of yet. I'll bring it up internally again.
