Hey my name is Matt Kubinski, and I need help can anyone help me put the picture provided to the top of my msn messenger as the banner?

You can add that "banner" using scenes

Yes please, because when I try to...it doesn't work...
Here an example of what happens when I do it:

It is possible...
if anyone answears first, just wait till when my Vista-PC gets fixed =P Maybe tomorrow or so... (everything from skins is backed up there =X) But as start, you could look for the scenes image ID...

Scene Image ID?
It's not a scene image... it was made in Photoshop? loll

Try re-sizing the dimensions of the image and then adding it as a scene

I tried just not entirely sure what size to use...

Just keep making it smaller until it fits...i can't remember the dimensions for a maximised one off the top of my head.

640x320 were the dimensions in the beta version, but from memory the final build also has some that are 640x220.

So yeah that is the reason why your image is being cropped. Its just far too big.

I wouldn't recommend making a skin just to replace the default scene with yours, since you will be the only one that will see it. All your contacts will see will be the default Messenger scene.
