i use windows live messenger Version 8.1,
i found problem
1. i sign in to msn and set status online but my friend see me status offline any time.
2. when i recieve E-mail , my msn is not show popup for me
i found this problem few day ago.
and i can't to solve this problem
help me please.

As for the second point, what do you mean by receive an e-mail? Do you mean when you get a hotmail message?
