So I logged onto Messenger Plus on a different computer (in another country) using my sign-in ID. Is there anyway that I can retrieve those logs from the other computer by logging onto my computer? This is very important since there were vital information in those logs that I am needing right now.

No, you can't log-in messenger plus!, you can log-in Windows Live Messenger with Messenger Plus!. To get those logs, you need that someone else send them to you.

If your logs are stored on your home pc unless you take them off and move then you cannot access them remotely...
(Unless you have some sort of remote pc login program active)
Chat logs don't sync per account there stored in the pc for ANYONE to access that has access to the pc and has the chat logs password.

Try using LogMeIn. Just ask someone to install it in the PC that has acess to the chat logs and use LogMeIn to acess it, and then copy those files to your new PC.
