WLM Build 14. Still Saving Convos with the option switched OFF

In the options i have the box unchecked so that my chat logs arent saved, yet wether or not the box is checked Messenger is still saving all of my conversations.

Has anyone ever had this problem before?

The bit in bold is unchecked and yet it still saves my convos

Are you using Messenger Plus! Live?

As this also saves chat logs
