That's the message I get when trying to install EvO 4 on Windows Live Messenger 2009.
(*Windows XP Service Pack 2 (5.1.2600)
Windows Live Messenger 14.0.0206
Messenger Plus! Live 4.80.0.356
Skin: Ev0 4.0.2)

As one would believe by the error message, some parts of the skin now function, but not all.

Let me know if theres any other helpful information I can give.

Close Messenger

Go to C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Skins

Delete the Ev0 Folder

Re-download the skin and install it and it should be okay
