Hi there.. I have a friend with an apple computer that has downloaded amsn to help us be able to webcam. It worked really well with 8.1 but will not with the new 9.0. I downloaded it and had to remove  and put 8.1 back on again. Amsn forum has said it is a bug in your 9.0 and I am wondering when this will be rectified as I want 9.0 but cant use with some friends. Thanks for your time

We aren't the developers of Windows Live Messenger and so cannot fix problems with it, indeed this section is for bug reports in the Messenger Plus! Live software.

There are known issues with webcams in WLM 2009.

Has your friend tried downloading Mac Messenger 7, which is an official product from Microsoft for Apple computers and so may have better interoperability with its Windows counterpart
