(1st sorry for my poor english =P)

Hi, i am new here, and not sure if someone already find this bug.

i will explain how i find it...
few months ago (about 8), i started to use Eclipse IDE to code Java programs, in Eclipse there is a shortcut (CTRL+Space) that completes ur linecode with suggestions if u just write a few letters.
i.e. write 'syso'  and it completes with "System.out.println"

that is where the problem begins... CTRL+Space is the default shortcut to Messenger Lock. First time i used Eclipse IDE with MSN+Plus it locked my program, well OK!

then i go to PLUS config and changed my shortcut to messenger lock.
Ok, accept, save. done... now it works..

when i close my MSN (finish program, not minimize to systray)... and open it again,  the problem come back..
i check into PLUS config to see if the shortcut back to its default value (CTRL+Space), but NO! it still has the value that i choosed in the first time..

the same problem happens if i uncheck the box to deactivate the function.
when i reload the MSN it still works the 'messenger lock shortcut' by its deafult value, i check in config and its with MY value, not the default...


i guess that is it..
that isnt a major bug, but everytime i code i have to change settings in Plus because the value isnt stored

ok, after 3 days without a reply, i ask:

why should i post a BUG if no one cares about it?
no reply, no one will look to fix it?

what Version of Messenger Plus are you using?  should be using 4.81.358

Windows XP Service Pack 3 (5.1.2600)
Windows Live Messenger 8.5.1018
Messenger Plus! Live 4.80.0.356

I can't confirm this, unless i'm following the steps to reproduce wrong. What I did:
activate messenger lock
change shortcut (I changed it to Ctrl + \)
test that shortcut works, and unlock
exit messenger completly
restart messenger and sign back in
press Ctrl + Space

doing the above does not cause the messenger lock to trigger with Ctrl + Space anymore

Cannot download, FDM is not able to detect the download server for downloading.

Well, now it does, but man it is slow!

It happens with me sometimes when I exit Windows Live Messenger/Reboot. I have to go to the locking settings again and click Apply then OK.

it was occasionally reported ages ago, and IIRC, Patchou (the only Messenger Plus! creator and coder) couldn't find the cause...
