Okay previously i don't have this problem but i don't know when but this problem just started i tried uninstall and re-installing Window Live Messenger couple of times but doesn't seems to solve this problem and it cannot be my connection problem as i can use internet explorer and other online programs.

Any anti-virus software that could be blocking the messages?

my gf's having the same problem, and apparently i  can sign in to her msn.. tried to start a conversation, and wont work..

however, when i switched over to mine, it works perfectly...
any idea abt this?
i tried the firewall/antivirus/lagness..

but still got e same problem.

hmm strange if ppl talk to me i can reply fine only i can't start conversation
but if i sign in another email i can start conversation i don't know why i think that account is bugged by something

I'm encountering the issue of not being able to have any of my messages delivered while chatting on Windows Live Messenger 2009 - Build 14.0.8064.206.

[ERROR MESSAGE: "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients"]

This issue happens when I am using Windows Live Messenger 2009 - Build 14.0.8064.206 with MSN account of: xxxxxxx.xx@gmail.com. It has not only happened on my own laptop, but all computers (that is using Windows Live Messenger 2009) that I attempted on. To add on, no 3rd party MSN tools have been install in any of the computers.

Also, I'm able to chat (i.e. messages are delivered) with any of my friends when I downgraded the Windows Live Messenger 2009 to an older version (i.e. previous build - 2008), or via Pidgin Messenger client.

i emailed Microsoft Support for many days for this issue. They gave me many solutions which doesn't resolve the issue. End up, they forward the case to their escalation team. The escalation team then told me to grant them access to my account..

This morning.. (though i have not heard anything from the escalation team), when I tried using Windows Live Messenger 2009, it works properly again.

perhaps you should try emailing Microsoft Support. =)

anyways.. just an update..

my msn was back working well just now.. BUT.

I tried installing Messenger Plus!... and dang. the same error came back again.

Now, I can't use Windows Live Messsenger again, all my messages couldn't be delivered.

pretty frustrated about this whole thing.. any idea whats wrong?
