O.P. Why new version of messenger plus does not support multiple windows?

The new version of messenger plus (481) doesn't support multiple windows for messenger 2009. Why is that?
Please if this feature is found in the latest version, tell me how can I enable it.

Open the Plus! Preferences, go to the Customize! tab and then to the top tab on the left column. There, tick the first option.
