after downloading messenger plus! whenever i was using the internet e.g. youtube or google, (well anything), webpages such as e-sure, utarget and gocompare.com keep popping up. I need to stop them from coming up! Has MESSENGER plUS! Given y computer a virus?
You can uninstall the Messenger Plus! Live sponsor by clicking Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Messenger Plus! Live -> Remove Sponsor.
The sponsor is not a virus, it is simply adware that will popup windows whenever you browse the internet. It is also an optional component in the Plus! installer.
