Hi, there.

I'm using the latest vesrion of Windows Live Messenger 2009
(Build  14.0.8064.206).
I've tried many times to download MsgPlus! Live and I didn't face any problem to do this and to install it. It's very easy to make my own settings and run it.

The problem begins when I'm trying to send an istant message.
Cursor is moving to the conversation window, but there is no letters in it.
I can't see what I'm writing. When I push "enter" and the words are moving to the main conversation window, then I can see what I wrote.
I have tried everything I could. I even change the colors, but nothing happened.
My experiance is not a very big one, but I can undestand the basics. (I thing so).
Everything else in MsgPlus! Live works properly and I like it very much.
So I want to have it for my messenger.

Is there any help for me?
I would be very thankfull, if you'll spend a little of your time, for my problem.

thank you for contacting us about it. You're not the first one to report this kind of problem and I'm still searching for the cause. Could you start by telling me if you have any script installed and running and if you're using any skin? IF you have some time, please contact me about this problem at mplus-support@patchou.com and we'll work on that together. To anybody else having the same problem, please email me too.

Do you have activate the Chat-Logs? - If yes, please delete these, and deactivate them. If you don't know how, please follow my steps.

#1 Open your Messenger Tools, they are right above your Nickname.
#2 On the bottom you will see Options, click on it.
#3 You will see a List, click on the Messages section.
#4 Look at the first link there's a screen.

Or, you might have activate them with MSN Plus!.
Then follow those steps:

#1 Look at the second link there's a Screen.
#2 Click on the Red colored line under the Tools symbol.
#3 You will might have a list, with different sections, there is a Plus! section, click on it.
#4 You might have a list there either, click on the Preferences & Options section.
#5 You will be sending automatically to a Window, looks like the third link there's a Screen.
#6 Go to the Conversation Tab, and you will see the first choice:

Chat Logging
Enable chat logging by default.

If you have activate it, deactivate it, and search up those logging's in your documents, then delete all that stuff. It might be the problem, if not, reinstall your whole Messenger.
