Hey, i need help with this error code, which most of you know is windows live cannot be signed in due to incorrect password or email address. Well i'm pretty sure that my email adress is correct however i'm not sure about my password so i thought i might as well change the password. When i clicked where it says 'Forgot your password?', i had 2 options as to how to change the password :
1. use secret Question and answer to find out
OR
2. 'Send password reset instructions to me in e-mail'
Now the problem with option number 2 is that i started that acc when i was young age and so i didn't edit that account therefore there is no other email except for the account which I'm trying to get in to.
So i am trying option number 1. Now i got my region, Postal code and my Constituent Country correct. Also my question has already been set which is 'Name of pet?' but the main problem is does anyone know how to retrieve that secret answer if you had forgotten it =s =s =s
Please if anyone knows how to do this reply A.S.A.P or if anyone knos how to reset password another way via telephone number or anything else please let me know. Thank You.
