My question is, should I go for it or should I wait it out? I'm looking to upgrade my aging P4 Desktop.

I'd say go for it......you can always wait longer and get something better for the same price....or the same thing for cheaper.....but if your current desktop is 'aging' then i see no reason why not to go for it.

Do you guys think that it is a good price though? As in, I'm not getting ripped off based on the current market...
