How do I get the sign in sound from the old WLM's in WLM 9? The one on 9 just isn't loud enough! D=

Probably, and there's no need to do bigger font, we get it.

Anyway: this ones are the same from WLM9 but a bit louder.

Thanks, and sorry, but I didn't use a big font. a FF add-on for another forum does it automatically.

I happened to have the old wlm sounds saved for this purpose.
I uploaded them here just now.

PS: The installers from WLM have always been, in essence, archives with all the files compressed in them.

So, if you don't want to install WLM to simply copy the files, you could always use a MSI (or CAB) extractor. It works in the same way as with ZIP files.

In fact, if I remember correctly, you can even use a specific command line parameter (which I need to look up so I can't give it to you) to only extract the included files without installing the package.
