getting kick out of msn live

O.P. getting kick out of msn live
just loaded office 2007 on my daughters  computer it will not let her use msn properly, it kicked the programme out, reinstalled msn live  not running properly think it might be a conflict with grove  can anybody help

I have the latest wlm and groove installed, doesn't appear to be a problem
