Got my disc a couple of days ago and installed straight away, no problems.

Has anyone else upgraded already?

Positive/negative experiences?

I like the new translucent menubar and the improvements made to Exposé

I am using Snow Leopard right now, I did an upgrade install on my first generation MacBook from Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard). Everything is working smoothly, I did have one problem though. iStat Menus (currently) does not work with 10.6 and requires uninstallation or else none of your notification area of the menu bar will work.

I like all of the changes, don't have anything negative to say about it really.

10.5 had the translucent menu bar and it appears nothing has changed about it in 10.6 (at least to me). I disable it anyway.
