I can think of a few reasons why an OC skin would be useful, and most of them I'm pretty sure involve a certain boss who's looking over your shoulder, thinking you're speaking to co-workers instead of friends.
If anyone wants to do a skin of Office Communicator, I can provide both screenshot references and image resources to the creator.
DAMN that'd take a long time and a lot of reorganization in the resources Sure a basic looking alike version is possible using the same backgrounds and colours etc, but the DP container is the webcam container as such so I'm not even sure that whole container pannel is even possible like it is in OC
