I got it straight from the real deal. no file hosting places or anything.

What version of Windows Live Messenger are you running. What version of Messenger Plus! are you running and do you have any scripts installed?

i am running messenger version 9. I have the newest messenger plus. no scripts.

Giving us specific build numbers might help deduce the problem. If you dont know how to get the build number, simply go in WLM Help > About Messenger. And to get Plus!'s build number, go Plus! > About Messenger Plus!

yeah but I cant run messenger with msp! installed, so I can't get to about msp!.

If you're using the latest build of WLM (Build 14.0.8089.726) which was released halfway through August, then you're gonna find problems with it and MPL and any other third-party extension for it (e.g. Mess.be). I've had the same problem, and had to completely uninstall MPL and WLM and reinstall the new WLM

so...I just can't use MP!L with the newest version of messenger?
