Back then when I was working on v2, I had the taskbar thing started, but then you released VLM and I got lazy to finish it... And then comes the problem that I'm not very good with graphics...

Very cool skin, but could you please get rid of those horrid bacgrounds, they make me wanna vomit, and yes Willz a Quality Windows 7 skin would be very good. New skins people please, The latest skins are crap, e.g Simpson live 2009 etc

Yeah most of the featured ones are pretty good.

that vista wallpaper you're using isn't quite bad, you could use it as an option in your skin. but i wouldn't make it the main "idea"
i also read that you don't know which pictures you could use for the skin instead of that one, so i just googled a little bit and found those:
