Hey, i'm using google Chrome and i'm wondering if theres a plug-in or anything else i can download that when I decide to open a video (youtube, Vimeo) in a new tab it won't just run. instead it'll wait till i open the tab and press play
Maybe something similar?

There aren't many addons for Chrome yet. If it were possible to modify Chrome to do this, I'm sure Google would tell you.

this isnt an exact solution for it but the cloest you can get. (youtube only however).

youtube controller lets you pause/play youtube videos from chrome itself, might help.
