I had WLM messenger 9 and WLM Plus was working fine and i couldn't have asked for more. However afew days ago I had to reformat my computer and now im fully updated and i reinstalled WLM now build (14.0.8089.726) but when i go to install Plus no matter how many times i try it wont start. It says the program is installed and it is the directory but no matter how hard i try i can not get the "plus" icon and the features i have come to love to appear in WLM does anyone know what could be causing this because it worked fine perviously?

What operating system (Windows version) are you using?

Vista 32bit Sp2 but it was working with that before

Although I do not know what the problem is, you might try to fix it using the Repair wizard.  Please try the following:

1. Click Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
   
2. Select Messenger Plus! Live, and click Add/Remove.
   
3. Choose the repair wizard.
