Hey,

after reinstalling Windows and Messenger (+ msgplus) I got a little bug(?).

When I get a message (while the chat window of that contact is not open) the popup window comes up in the right corner at the bottom, but it is not formatted properly, ie. there is no color in the names etc. It just gives me the code.
Everything else works fine and in the chat window for instance the name is colored.

It is not a bug that I know of.

WLM has no capability to display colours in those messages. The only thing you could really do is disable them in WLM, but enable them in MP!L.

Haven't got either installed here so I can't really help you more than that.

If the name is short enough for all of the code to be parsed, then the colour codes will be displayed.

But if the end of the code comes after the truncation of the name then it won't show, unless they use the method that I do (i use ·$4Name rather than [c=4]Name[/c])

So if it's a name longer than can show on the pop-up, then the end tag won't be processed and the colours won't show, unless they use the method above

Plus! certainly should be able to get the email of the contact causing the event parse the codes out and "re-truncate" the name so it looks "tidy". But that is my opinion.

Thanks. Indeed the names of the contacts are usually too long for the popup.
