Why could a specific contact have the add on desktop menu disabled (as well as all the other options of this menu except from the copy email to clipboard) while almost (haven' t the time to check them all) every other contact has it enabled? How can it be fixed? Any help would be really appreciated!

P.s.: The same on an other computer some time ago had the option enabled!

It passed through my mind but I considered it trivial. Though now it is fixed! I Put the primary e-mail address to Instant Messaging on the drop down menu and now everything works fine! Thank you a lot!
