help i can not download the newest version  on msn chat i keep getting an error says aborted 0x80004004 also in the control panel under add and remove programes i can see windows live essentials but no remove button also the tool bar has no remove button whats up with this  darnit can't use my msn chat anymore anybody got and solutions thks Jim

Try using ZapMessenger to remove all traces of Windows Live Messenger, then re-download it from here and try to re-install

windows live essentials is still in the add and remove list i think thats where the problem lies maybe
